The Midfairfield Jr Rangers, New York Saints, PAL Junior Islanders, Long Island Gulls, Connecticut Oilers, and New Jersey Rockets battled it out at the CPCT Thanksgiving Squirt Major Superseries.  Close games and upsets were the story of the weekend.  The New York Saints, behind the solid goaltending of Daniel Moor, upset the Midfairfield Rangers 5-2.  The following day, the Saints ran into some tough goaltending themselves as they were upset and shut out in consecutive games by the Long Island Gulls 3-0 and PAL Junior Islanders 1-0.  The Rangers narrowly avoided another upset, holding on to beat the Oilers 2-1 in a hard fought victory.cpct-superseries-001 cpct-superseries-003 cpct-superseries-004 cpct-superseries-0056cpct-superseries-002
